These terms apply to your use of the Bright Tier Solutions website and to enquiries, applications and information you submit through it.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Bright Tier Solutions provides IT staffing services: Contract-to-Hire, Temp-to-Permanent and Flexible On-Demand talent, with specialties in SAP, Cloud, ServiceNow and Salesforce.

Every engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement covering rates, terms, notice periods and any guarantee. Nothing on this website is an offer of employment or a binding commitment to place a candidate or fill a role.

You may use this site for legitimate hiring, career and business purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you are not authorised to use, or scrape content in bulk.

The Bright Tier Command Center and team workspace are private. Accounts are issued by a Bright Tier administrator, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential.

Please make sure the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Misrepresented experience or credentials may end a candidate process.

We aim to respond to staffing enquiries within one business day, but response times are not guaranteed.

Our Persona Recruit AI Engine assists our recruiters with resume ranking, scoring, interview summaries and job matching.

AI output is a recommendation only. A senior recruiter reviews every shortlist before it reaches a client, and remains accountable for the advice we give.

This site also describes products we build, including Persona Recruit AI, Scrapll and Moxabot. Each product has its own terms and pricing on its own website, and those terms govern your use of it.

The content, brand, copy and design of this website belong to Bright Tier Solutions. You may share or quote it with attribution, but not republish it as your own or use our name and marks without permission.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is and may change or be unavailable at times.

To the extent permitted by law, Bright Tier Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for staffing services is set out in the applicable services agreement.

We may update these terms as our services change, and the current version will always appear on this page.
