Bright Tier Solutions has been staffing enterprise IT teams since 2012. We were built by people who have delivered large technology programs, managed global teams and hired the specialists who make those programs succeed — across SAP, cloud, ServiceNow and Salesforce.
As requisition volume grew and screening slowed hiring down, we built the Persona Recruit AI Engine to help our recruiters rank resumes, score candidates and summarize interviews.
